PRICE DROP!!! Hondata Manifold Insulator/Heatshield Gasket BLOWOUT! $42 shipped!

GB open WHILE SUPPLIES LAST!

This is a BLOWOUT of our Heatshield Gaskets. When they're gone they are gone, we are discontinuing these. We will update this thread with SOLD OUT for items as they sell out. We will refund anyone who pays before we can update the post.

Thanks to everyone to date for their support of this buy... this is your LAST chance to get one of these at this price!

Note that we also have most of the insulators Honda offers- even the Miata ones. Be sure to tell your friends about this deal- it won't last, and you will NOT find these cheaper ANYWHERE.

*****************

This is one of the single best (and cheapest) mods you can do to your Prelude... for those that don't know, this insulating gasket will help reduce the effect of heat soak from the head heating the intake manifold. See here for our writeup on the S2000:

http://www.s2000.org/mods/insulator/

And for you visual learners:

The results are the same on all engines- basically, the head heats the manifold which contributes to increased intake charge temps which means you are losing air density. Further, the ECU will pull out timing at certain temps which reduces power even more. You basically won't find as cheap a power added our there as the manifold, DR on the board gained 6WHP pretty much across the board after adding this. It doesn't add as much as it prevents hot weather from taking away (we all know what hot weather does to driveability). Just like a CAI helps with power, so does the insulator.

Installation DOES require removal of the manifold which is no simple task. In about 4-6 hours just about anyone can do it, though.

Details:
- Price is $42 shipped Priority mail within the US. Email for int'l shipping.
- Insulators are in stock and ready to ship!

Hondata dropped their price, so I'm dropping mine. ONLY $42 shipped!!! Tell all your friends with other Hondas and Miatas about this one! I'll honor this price for any po.com referrals.

Nope. I've dropped Hondata. I'm pretty much closing up shop altogether.
