Yes it can be. The 4th gen VTEC header has a longer downpipe than the 5th gen header. So basically if you're going to get a test pipe or universal high flow cat to adapt to your exhaust anyway, you can just get one that is shorter in length than stock and it will bolt up fine. Or if you wanted to retain the stock cat you could shorter the exhaust or shorten the header (if you decide to shorten the header, it would be a good time to add a 2.5" collector to it
). I would personally do the 1st option I listed though, then you don't have to modify/hack up any parts at all and it will bolt up no problem.
. I'm suprised nobody jumped on these. The diff in power between this header and the mugen is minimal, yet people are willing to pay 3 times the price of the greddy. If I had a street n/a prelude this would be my first choice.
