5g 3 Gauge Center Vent Panel - $325 (Preorders)

Here it is- the pictures are rough, this is of the unfinished prototype, but the final one will be very high quality. This cluster REPLACES your stock piece and provides you with 3 2-1/16 gauge holes that will fit Autometer, Defi, and other popular gauges.

We will require your center vent piece in exchange or $100 core charge for a new one. We will transfer your clock and the attachment clips for you from your old one and return your old one to you. Price includes return shipping!

Installation requires VERY minimal trimming of plastic, full instructions are included. Fit and finish is of Honda quality though the piece will be smooth and not leather-textured like stock (finish will be similar to the gauge cluster trim). The material will be polyeurethane (very good plastic). If you know anything about materials, the stock center piece is polycarbonate which is brittle and pretty lousy.

Pictures:

We need 20 paying buyers to go to production on this. Once paid, we will put you on the list. Once we receive 20 payments we will go to production. We will contact those of you who wish to send in yours for exchange. Once we go to production, you can expect your center piece to arrive within 4-6 weeks.

In the event that we do not get enough buyers or cannot deliver product, we will issue a 100% refund through PayPal. We will wait until 7/31 to get 20 buyers or we will automatically refund all payments.

You can pay using one of the links below:

To give a frame of reference, a custom one-off of this will run about $600.

What if I pay and you don't get 20 people to sign up? Will there be a cut-off date and refunds issued?

Look good. Can't wait to get one of these!

Glad you like it since I just transferred your name from the last GB thread.

I'll edit the post. I'll see how it goes, but yes, there will be a point where I will give up and refund all payments 100%.

Todd, I just paid. I'm likely to be moving before these are ready, so please double check my shipping address before these go out!

Will do, but the price will go up then since you will be ordering from stock and not a pre-order. I'm buying more than the 20, but those will go on the shelf to fill future orders at a slightly higher price.

Todd, will I be able to trim the opening to fit a 60 mm gauge, or is the whole gauge bore 2 1/16"?

Unfortunately, no. The tubes are made just big enough to fit 2 1/16 gauges (~2.25 OD) which is still a hair too small to fit 60mm ones.

UNLESS the 60mm gauges are measured as an OD of the bezel and not the required ID of the mounting hole? Can you verify this?

Todd, you're going to be emailing us to say when to send in the vent peices, correct?

Correct. I'll email everyone to let them know when it will happen or if it won't and refunds will be on the way.
