What oil ti use on a h22A

Hi i just overlhould my h22 and dont no which oil to use it put everithing new rod,main bearings piston rings ect

I use castrol syntec 5-30. I love the stuff. It stays pretty a pretty decent color until the next oil change and plus its just plain synthetic. I say since you just rebuilt your motor go big or go home and put some royal purple in that shiznit. Thats what I would do.
