Most go with a P28 and don't worry about knock function. Some go with a P72 and use the knock board from a P13.

Hondata and Neptune are very popular. Few use a piggyback like the AEM EMS.

You really have to decide what you want to spend and what your needs are.

I thought AEM EMS was a full stand alone. As a matter of a fact I know its not a piggyback.

^Your right what I mean is that it is not a "chipped" solution.

p28 or p72 will work....p13 for neptune also..
Hondata or Neptune are great programs and youll see benifits from either even on a stock motor.

Make sure the ECU is for a manual and make sure the P72 is OBDI. The P72 comes off an Integra GSXR and some are OBDI some OBDII.

Both will need to be tuned for your engine/car once you get them chipped. The P72 will need the knock disabled by your tuner, as it will hinder performance due to it having a KB for a B18.
