^ i dunno, im tryign to find the guys name and build thread to post it.

as for the skunk2 stuff, im not a buig fan of skunk2, i have used multiple skunk2 parts with b series engines and in my expereicne they have been mediocre at the best.

Some of the suspension stuff was quite durable, but as for the engine parts, garbage really.

I bought of Chris, at skunk2, a set of valves for my turbo buiild. When i took the cylin der head in to the machine shop they called me a few days later to explain to me the valves were garbage as the runout on the first two they checked was way out. When i called and asked skunk2 about it they got mad at me on the phone and told me that thats impossible and that the machine shop was lying. So i go back to machin shop and hte guy showed me in person that the mushrooms on the valves were not straight. in the end i got stuck with a set of ****ty nitride coated turbo valves.

bad service usually follows bad products.

^ what did I say

"i have a moderately built all motor 5th gen that went through quite a few devastating events including a shredded timing belt, broken water pump gear, blown head gasket, and a couple other things."

Usually there is something wrong with the engine, not aftermarket parts. And Pro1's supposed to be alot better cams in anyway than tuners.

Im going with stock valves, just skunk2 valve springs, retainers and pro1's. I havent heard that much bad about them and I already have some of their products without any problems. We'll see what happens.

I have stock bottom. Completing that head build on this winter. Theres lots of parts under my bed waiting for that

I cannot wait to get home from work this time as i have my H23VTEC in the car all mounted and ready to go with the exception of the bisi header and the tune.

As soon as i get the chance i will get that engine going and try head to a dyno to see what kind of addition i have made on the motor.

one another note, it is possible (especially when usign skunk2 stuff) that you can put on a satge 2 setup andmake less power than the stock setup. Theer is a guy on here who did a n/a skunk2 build with cams and what not a\n dhe is making onoly 149 ho, with type s pistons i think too hahahaha
im sorry but this is very very wrong. yes, the bearing material will take it but OEM bearing clearances will NOT....for very long at least.
