What cams should I buy?

I have a 220whp goal for my engine post rebuild, but still want to drive it everyday to work and such. I know cams will factor in heavily on how driveable around town the car feels. (No lightened flywheel for me either, I want a nice smooth ride to work). I know JUN cams and valvetrain make a loud tapping sound, so this is completely out of the question. How would you compare the idle lobes on crower stage 2's to stock? Skunk2 idle lobes? The vtec lobes can be plenty aggressive, I'm just worried about what the idle lobes will be like. Thanks guys! Comments on my engine build are welcome.

My planned engine rebuild:
68mm TB
Euro-R manifold
Prospeed CNC Ported Head
Crower Stage 2 Cams???
Cam Gears
12.1 compression pistons
SMSP Header
2.5in cat & exhaust
AEM puillies
Greddy eManage

I take it buy "pretty aggressive" you mean it sounds like a motor boat? I'd like something a tad more aggressive than stock for the idle lobes, but not so much that I'll be annoyed ( I am easily annoyed )

Can I ask you why you removed the balancer shaft belt? How has this affected the ride?

the idle...... um....... it sounds....... rough ......... when its cold, it sounds bad, but okay after warming up...

u gotta tune it well, or the car won't idle well, but apparently e-mange did a good job with the anti stall featreu on it........

removingthe balance shaft has been 'shown' to increase about 2- 3 whp across the entire band, i feel no difference with it out... just out the belt
