To figure out displacement, do the following (the following measurements are in mm):

Displacement = (bore / 2) ^ 2 * 3.14159 * stroke * 4 / 1,000

That gives diplacement in cc's. Divide by another 1,000 to get liters.

Stroke on a stock H22 is 90.7mm.

If you can't punch numbers on a calculator, 89mm bore gives 2.257 liters.

To get 2.7 liters, you'd have to bore to 97.35mm. Impossible on an H22 block.

Going to 89mm sleeves is going to give you a noticeable bump in hp and torque. Its what I am going to do eventually. Anything more than that and the integrity of the cylinder walls starts to degrade rapidly.

Well, do the math. If the max bore size is say 90mm (and that's really pushing it), then you would need a stroke of 106.1mm in order to get 2.7 liters of displacement.

That's almost 16mm more stroke than stock. That's really pushing it, if the block even has clearance for a stroke that large.

Ask the guy what his bore and stroke is, then do the math.

that's pretty impossible. The F23 Stroke is 97mm....

2point6 has a 98mm making 2.44 litres....2.7 is really unattainable without a deck plate or something.
