Ok guys my 1997 base has 124500 on the chassis and around 89000 on the motor, all stock internals just an intake. I have been talkin around about maintenance, i was wondering what i should do ya know. Like cleaning the vtec solenoid, bushings, gaskets, seals, like the rtv seal around the oil pan, any suggestions, AND I ESPECIALLY WANT SOME HELP REMOVING/CLEANING/RE-INSTALLING MY VTEC SOLENOID, please advise friends, thank you.

You will need a 10mm socket. Theres 3 bolt you need to take out. unplug your switch and solenoid. 3 more bolt where the switch is at. clean it. easy as pie.
