vtec hessitating, need help

hey all i need some trouble shooting help, i have a '93 prelude with a '96 h22a1 swap. the car feels like its hesitating to hit vtec, it his but right before it feels like its trying to hold back, a firend said it was the vtec solenoid but now it feels like its doing it in the 4k-4,8k rev range so its getting lower. it also shakes a bit but im adding a camber kit and allignment so that should fix that.

any ideas? i thought it might be spark plugs but when i checked em they all seemed pretty clean and good so idk.

there are no stupid thoeries, i just need help, im checking how it is with a new solenoid tonight cross your fingers, ill post how it goes when i return.
EDIT:nevermind never got to try out the new solenoid still looking for ideas

ok your mounts are good and no bad or worn out axles right??? and if it is just inside the engine it might be your lost motion springs assy, if you have alot of miles on the motor but its just a idea

yeah one of my axles is bad i just got a new one and im putting it on this week. also i just ordered a camber kit and will need to get that aligned. cant be miles on motor its brand new. but it may be mounts, iv noticed when i rev the engine with the hood up the motor moves up and down a lot so yeah it think it might be vibrations from the motor.

do you know anywhere to get motor mounts for a GOOD PRICE? i went to hasport and that shats like 140 per mount
