Was this a prior problem?

You are probably in limp mode.

Have you pulled the negative terminal on the battery and let it sit for a couple minutes? This will clear the code if your check engine light was on previously.

Well first I wired my vafc and noticed that the speedometer wasnt working after, also my car wasnt running right. Checked the wiring and fixed two wires that were connected to the wrong wires and switched them and then the car started running fine, but my speedometer still doesnt work, i mean at all wont go past 0 and my d4 light keeps blinking.
