Vafc Problem!

So Far after numerous hours and hours of looking online I have not seen a thread about the problem that I am having. Was almost positive it was wired right but my "D4" light blinks non-stop whether im in 1st or 2nd etc.. and my mph gauge does not work at all. Also I cannot put my foot to floor or too much force on the gas pedal at all other it it wont rev up and it just hesitates and stumbles and dies down. I can slowly accelerate but it starts off really boggy and finally smooths out the higher gear I go. Any idea why this is happening? I got it wired already and its believed to be right so I would rather not unwire it cuz im getting a wideband kit to get it tuned in the next 2 weeks but I also dont wanna have to drive like this for the next 2 weeks (daily driver). Any ideas? Suggestions?

Not sure if necessary but its a 99 Auto with I/H/E/P and using apexi vafcI with the wiring it comes with

You should be able to unplug it and reconnect the MAP and VTEC feedback wire, and everything should work. All other wires should still be wired straight through to the ECU.
