S-Type Pistons & Cams fit H22A4???

Ok, so I’ve done a tone of searching and reading, but can’t find a clear answer as to whether S-type pistons and cams for a H22A JDM engine will fit directly into a regular H22A4 (north American model).

I’m doing a full rebuild on my H22A4 engine and want to build it back up with the S-type internals (I’m abandoning my JRSC, if anyone is interested in it). The only other relevant modifications I’ve made are a header and high pressure and high volume fuel pump.

From what I have been able to find, it looks like the pistons won’t be an issue. They will pop right in and fit perfect. As for the cams, I’ve read conflicting information as to weather the rest of the valve train is the same between the H22A4 and the H22A heads. Specifically, if the valve springs or retainers are the same, and if the valve guides are the same or are too high to support the S-type cam???

So, will these parts go in without any other issues (injector size ok?, stock ECM ok?)???
Also, can these be bought at a regular North American dealer, or do you have to go through some foreign suppliers? Specific names or links would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

Yeah pistons won't be a problem but you might first check how your cylinder walls look like, it's adviceble to rehone them for the new piston rings and if you got some deeper scars on the cylinders you might wanna get oversized pistons.
Also Euro R intake manifold would work nice with this combination. The cams will pop in just fine without upgrading the valvetrain since type S cams are less agressive then stage 1 cams. Stock ECU will work fine, but to get full potential tune it with either Hondata, Neptune, Ectune, Crome etc. Or if you wanna keep OBDII VAFC/Neo will do the trick.
I got my pistons from here:
