rpm

okay if i were to run a n.a setups which seems like fun way to go. i also want to increase and tune my car for a higher redline. i want to put in
12.1 pistons forged,
forged rods,
balance crank,
new valvetrain,
stage 2 cams,
intake manifold,
smsp exhaust manifold,
and custom exhuast oh and
type s intake.

what do u suggest as to highest redline to go?

Whenever it stops making power, and what you're comfortable with. I really don't like running my H22 over 8k, but I have stock rods. With the Eagles I have, I don't plan to go over 8500.

Just make sure everything is in good enough balance at high rpm and that it maintain proper oiling. If you going for 7600-8000 it shouldn't have a problem oiling. I think for extreme RPM you need a highly tuned/built race engine, not just good internals.

seems like every dyno I;ve ever seen doesn't make power over 8500 with a build that you posted
