Right parts for a Auto – manual tensioner swap???

I just received my parts fro me AUTO to MANUAL tensioner swap from hparts.com.

I got all of this
13404-PT0-004 - ADJUSTER COMP., BALANCER BELT
13415-PT0-000 - BRACKET, BALANCER BELT ADJUSTER
14510-PT0-004 - ADJUSTER COMP., TIMING BELT
14516-PT2-000 - SPRING COMP., TIMING BELT ADJUSTER
14521-P14-A00 - PLATE, ADJUSTER
90014-P14-A00 - BOLT, TIMING BELT ADJUSTER BASE
90015-PT0-000 - BOLT, TIMING BELT ADJUSTER SPRING
90016-PT0-000 - BOLT, TIMING BELT ADJUSTER
90140-P14-A00 - WASHER, PLAIN (11MM)

But they also included and charged me for.
34259-671-942 Rim
35450-671-921 Switch rr- wiper
35651-688-010 KNOB, FAN SWITCH
72829-672-300ZA COVER *G11L*
WTF is this ****? Do i need this stuff?

Also was a timing and balancer belt suppose to be included with this or is that separate.
I did a search and found that you “will also need aprox. a 2" diameter washer 1/8" thick(#30) to go between the block casting and the tensioner bolt. Is this necessary.

I also seem to only have one spring tensioner (145116-pt2-000) where Satan SRV had 2 in his picture.

Thanks guys.
I went to Honda and they said that 13415-PT0-000 and 13415-P0A-000 were the same thing. And like 99_SH said you could reuse the spring for the balancer belt so it is not needed. I am going to pick up my timing and balancer belt tomorrow and do the swap on Saturday.

My only two questions now are do I need a 2" diameter washer 1/8" thick washer and if so where dose it do.
And should I use the torque specifications for the tensioner on the H23A?

That washer(#30) is necessary. Go back to Honda and order it. And wait for it until it comes in. You could try using a washer from a harware store but it might wont work. Someone tried to use a generic washer and the tension on his belt wasnt right; but after getting the honda one everything worked fine.

Try to torque everything down, but its not really that much essential. Plus its really hard fitting a torque wrench in all that mess.

You have the correct part number. All it does is it aligns all the parts together. Look on the diagram for reference(part #30)

Here's a picture I found in my old files. It gives a good picture on how the L-bracket should go, and the springs, along with other stuff...

It cost me roughly $125 for parts. (from hparts.com)
13404-PT0-004 - ADJUSTER COMP., BALANCER BELT
13415-PT0-000 - BRACKET, BALANCER BELT ADJUSTER
14510-PT0-004 - ADJUSTER COMP., TIMING BELT
14516-PT2-000 - SPRING COMP., TIMING BELT ADJUSTER
14521-P14-A00 - PLATE, ADJUSTER
90014-P14-A00 - BOLT, TIMING BELT ADJUSTER BASE
90015-PT0-000 - BOLT, TIMING BELT ADJUSTER SPRING
90016-PT0-000 - BOLT, TIMING BELT ADJUSTER
90140-P14-A00 - WASHER, PLAIN (11MM)
I got the balancer belt and T-belt from my local Honda dealership for around $95
Plus about 10 bucks for a gallon of Honda coolant
and $107 for a new water pump if you need it.
