anyone know if the sponsors sell them for a good price or a website???? PM or email me about the website
I have the stage two's with the stock idle lob and I have been enjoying them alot. I have not had a chance to tune them as I am moving to Houston and am really busy. as soon as I get settled in down there I will be looking to find a good tuner. NEways I think I have a better idle then what I had before, I mean the pitch of the car sounds better for some reason. I would also like to open the head up agian just to see how they are reacting with the rocker arms if any scoring is going on and what not. I doubt it but I still wanna see.
I too got miner from AfterHourz for $525. Let us know when/if you get em. peace

Aren't titanium springs and retainers a bad idea in general? Don't they wear faster?

The reason why you have to grind the rockers with Crower's valve springs and retainers is that the Crower setup has an installed height that is 0.060" higher than stock. That's enough to cause interference.

They aren't the only brand to offer 0.060" higher springs on the H22. IIRC, Isky also offers the same type of setup.

The idea behind using a higher installed height is to get more gross valve lift before the valve spring coil binds.

If you use stock retainers with the Crower cams, the springs WILL coil bind sooner than with the +0.060" Crower retainers.
