Prelude Oil
Many preludes are known to having a problem with using oil. The main reason being, the cylinder walls are made of Fiber Reinforced Metal (FRM), they last longer. The factory pistons rings that come with the prelude are hard and eat away at the walls. After some time, oil begins to leak around the piston rings and gets burned. Has anyone found a way to fix this? Different piston rings, which kind? Can you bore out the walls and add stronger sleeves for the walls? What about a new block? any ideas..
