Power related mods:
Erick's racing 72mm TB
modified Skunk2 IM
P&P and lowered head
modified DC 4-2-1
Greddy EVO + Carsound cat
Euro-R cams
Phaerable OBD1

Results are at the wheels...
209whp, 148wtq

Can somebody convert the torque from metric? I don't know how to do it...
PS: We tried 2 different programs. First one has the rev limit set to 8200 and the second one @8000.
We didn't tune since I plan to put in some Crower stg2's and some other mods.
Phaerable did an excellent job if you ask me...

Here is mine. Maybe someone can tell me why I did not make any real power with a P72 with 2 hrs uberdata tuning over my stock P13. I do have a factory Si cat on the car which may me hurting flow really bad. Check signature for my mods. Some cars with fewer mods are making more torque. Any ideas why?

^ your untuned power curve looks awefully good given that there no power dip before vtec. But strangly, after 2 hours of tuning its the same power curve, not much change..... it was leaned up by a fair amount....so you should have made more power...... maybee becauae after the 2 hour run, you didn't give ample time for engine to cool down to make a final fun.......

My H22a4 with Type S pistons, Type S cams, flat bottom valves, AEM V2 intake, RSR Header, RSR catback exhaust, and AEM EMS put down 173hp and 148tq on 93 octane

I had the car tuned at Central Florida Turbo on a Mustang Dyno. Keep in mind that Mustang Dynos have load on the rollers and read 10% or lower power figures than the DynoJet Dynos that almost everyone uses.

Here's my dyno plot from NPM. Everyone said the dyno was reading 10 HP low, which sounds about right because when the engine was fresh, it put down 204 WHP when it was being tuned.

Specs:
AEM CAI
SMSP header
open exhaust with Coast Fab muffler
milled head
cam gears to set cam timing back to stock
Euro R TB
Euro R crank pulley
AEM alternator pulley
Hondata gasket
deleted PS and AC
eliminated balance shafts
balanced bottom end
NepTune P28 ECU

Stock items:
pistons
rods
crank (slightly lightened)
cams
valves
injectors
IM

I'm not sure why it says Keith Lee, but it's probably because he organized the dyno day for NPM.

200 WHP with bolt ons is far from impossible... a guy down here in Tucson has an accord with an H22 swap- all motor he gets about 290 WHP... nice huh? lol

would love to see mod list and dyno of said car. I know of a guy on H-T who had a fully custom Intake Manifold and Connecting Rods/Pistons made and he didnt push above 260...IIRC....Ill tyr to dig up the post

less you talking about 2point6, which he is a member of this board and I stand corrected, but he has quite a bit in that engine again IIRC

Engine built by Larry @ Endyn
Assembled by Billy @ Marcucci Motorsports
Tuned by Tony @ T1

Honda Challenge H2 legal engine
Stock cams
Skunk2 cam gears
Type S throttle body
DC header w/modified 2.5 collector
Greddy PE exhaust
AEM intake
Hondata S300
.10 OS factory pistons
Milled head/decked block
~10.5:1 compression
no ps or ac
Euro R crank pulley
I think my numbers are a little lower than Billy’s because of my header/exhaust combination is far inferior to his. You could really tell it needed to breathe better on the top end. Great mid range though which should really help coming off the corners.

mine.....

.....finally, got 'er on the dyno and tuned up. Thanks to Steve @ VDP for taking the time to work through it all and get everything "in tune"

-very happy with 184.36hp/154.39ftlb

'95 USDM H22 w/ 112K

Akimoto CAI
Greddy 4-2-1 Header
Greddy SP Exhaust system
AEM Tru-power pulleys
AEM cam gears
Bosch 7mm spark plug wires
NGK plugs
Apex'i VAFC
ACT SuperStreet Clutch
JUN Ultralight Flywheel

83.23 degrees F, 74% humidity, and keep in mind this was the best/last run of the day, we did 15 or 16 pulls in about
2 hours w/ tuning so could probably pull out a couple more w/ weather cooler/dryer, and engine "fresh"

Kevin

I didn't see the graph before David! The torque really jumps at VTEC!

Kevin, the graph looks good. You can probably dial out a little bit more of that VTEC hump. The power climbs nicely.

I have a graph from a tune at T1 a while back, but it was only WHP. Fortunately Tony gave me the data file. I was thinking how I could get WTQ from it, and I remembered that you can export the raw data from WinPEP. So I put that data into Excel and made a chart:

This is SAE corrected. Peak WHP was 204.7 at 6,900 RPMs and peak WTQ was 165.4 at 6,100.

Everyone says that leaving the butterflies open all the time and running a 3" exhaust will kill low end torque, but mine seems okay...
