'95 H22a1
AEM V2 Intake
Greddy SS Headers
Greddy SS EVOII exhaust

all pulls done in 4th gear

Ignore this first torque reading as there was Plug Wire Interference

the graph to go with, you can see the torque line jumping due to the plug wire interference, basically meaning i need to change my plug wires

another graph at 178 whp and 151 wtq. The 179 run was done only 4 mins. after the 3rd run and he said i could easily see 181-182 whp had we waited another 10 minutes to let her cool down some more...

in the NEAR future:
install and adjust my skunk2 cam gears
BUY: stage 2 JUN cams, and titanium springs, valves and retainers, venom intake manifold, port my TB and port both the intake and exhuast side of heads, Hondata S300, dyno tuning... hopeing to then make around 210 WHP

Look at 4100-4500 RPMS. Why does my torque take a nose dive like that? Also my HP doesn't follow the nice steady line before 4k, it plateus then begins it's accent again. Any Ideas??? Why does my torque look like it's on crack??

New cams (IPS K2) and intake manifold (Accord Euro R) went on the K20A and was tuned. New graph below.

dotted is the stock graph, solid is the new setup

Power related mods:
Erick's racing 72mm TB
modified Skunk2 IM
P&P and lowered head
modified DC 4-2-1
Greddy EVO + Carsound cat
Euro-R cams
Phaerable OBD1

Results are at the wheels...
209whp, 148wtq

Can somebody convert the torque from metric? I don't know how to do it...
PS: We tried 2 different programs. First one has the rev limit set to 8200 and the second one @8000.
We didn't tune since I plan to put in some Crower stg2's and some other mods.
Phaerable did an excellent job if you ask me...

Here is mine. Maybe someone can tell me why I did not make any real power with a P72 with 2 hrs uberdata tuning over my stock P13. I do have a factory Si cat on the car which may me hurting flow really bad. Check signature for my mods. Some cars with fewer mods are making more torque. Any ideas why?

^ your untuned power curve looks awefully good given that there no power dip before vtec. But strangly, after 2 hours of tuning its the same power curve, not much change..... it was leaned up by a fair amount....so you should have made more power...... maybee becauae after the 2 hour run, you didn't give ample time for engine to cool down to make a final fun.......

My H22a4 with Type S pistons, Type S cams, flat bottom valves, AEM V2 intake, RSR Header, RSR catback exhaust, and AEM EMS put down 173hp and 148tq on 93 octane

I had the car tuned at Central Florida Turbo on a Mustang Dyno. Keep in mind that Mustang Dynos have load on the rollers and read 10% or lower power figures than the DynoJet Dynos that almost everyone uses.

Here's my dyno plot from NPM. Everyone said the dyno was reading 10 HP low, which sounds about right because when the engine was fresh, it put down 204 WHP when it was being tuned.

Specs:
AEM CAI
SMSP header
open exhaust with Coast Fab muffler
milled head
cam gears to set cam timing back to stock
Euro R TB
Euro R crank pulley
AEM alternator pulley
Hondata gasket
deleted PS and AC
eliminated balance shafts
balanced bottom end
NepTune P28 ECU

Stock items:
pistons
rods
crank (slightly lightened)
cams
valves
injectors
IM

I'm not sure why it says Keith Lee, but it's probably because he organized the dyno day for NPM.

200 WHP with bolt ons is far from impossible... a guy down here in Tucson has an accord with an H22 swap- all motor he gets about 290 WHP... nice huh? lol

would love to see mod list and dyno of said car. I know of a guy on H-T who had a fully custom Intake Manifold and Connecting Rods/Pistons made and he didnt push above 260...IIRC....Ill tyr to dig up the post

less you talking about 2point6, which he is a member of this board and I stand corrected, but he has quite a bit in that engine again IIRC

LOL... I just printed out the dyno plot using the software installed on my PC. You can just download it and make it say whatever you want.

My Dynoplot... Run 13 = Hondata and final run. Lately I was putting down 184... but I need to do some retuning with the new header (AFR is wacked on the lower end).
