As i'm trying to be nicer these days...

It won't do much on a stock engine. You are looking at icing on top of the cake once you build the cake. It also depends on who does it / how good they are and know how the h22 flows.

I would hope you have a lot more internal work than bolt ons for this to make a difference.

well.. basically everythings been said. If ur running stock and ur motor isn't in tip top condition its essentially throwing a well running head on a sh**ty block, unless you have you N/A build going how you want. (or turbo i guess?)
