p14 ecu till tune good idea??

okay so i just swapped my h22 into my 94 si I still have the p14 in but I have not started driving the car yet?? So I want to get it sent to inlinefour to have it tuned for 200 or maybe the s100 hondata i dont know what would be good?? So I guess my real question is, is it okay to run the p14 and not go past 5 grand till the ecu comes back any suggestions???
