My 01 Prelude rebuild idea

OK well i think i have found rod knock since the gasket where the oil cooler is gave out and dumped all the oil out on the highway. So i have 180 on the car and I want to rebuild. Currently I have AEM cold air intake DC header with skunk2 cat back exhaust, MSD cap rotor wires and coil, also a stupid venom chip which i will be getting rid of after build. I have a Vcon controller which i havent installed yet. Anyway my car burns quite a bit of oil so once again im rebuilding. Here is a list of parts so far i am looking to buy.
-Brian Crowler Cams
Stage 2 Turbo Cams or
Stage 2 All Motor Cams or
Stage 3 All Motor Cams
-Brian Crowler Valve Springs Retainers
-Brian Crowler valves
-Nippon type s pistons
-Eagle forged rods
-NPR rings
-King performance rod bearings
-Supertech bronze valve guides

So thats it so far i need a good suggestion on a gasket set where and how much it is. Also does anyone know what the machine shop is goin to charge me for valve guides and to clean up head and block. Let me know what you think and any insight you might have on this build Thank you

I could get you a good deal on all those parts, except for the Nippon Type-S Pistons, we can only get the Genuine Honda version. Let me know if interested. We've been a Sponsor on Preludeonline ever since this website started and helped hundreds of Prelude owners over the years

For the Gasket sets, we've got good options too.

Feel free to send me a PM or email.
