Most cost effective EM for NA H22?

So there's probably a great post somehwere detailing this out but I can't find it yet. I'm getting closer to finalizing my parts list for my motor swap and I realize now that I should probably have a good idea of cost for a EM for my build. The build is a very mild NA JDM motor and should contain the following when done.

JDM H22A
Iceman intake
King ported TB
BlackTrax Stage 3 IM
AEM Pulleys
RS*R top half header w/JDM downpipe ~most likely switching to Vibrant down the raod
2.5" Random High flow cat
Apex WS catback ~ thinking of a better catback later with less restriction
Eventually Crower Stage 1 cams and adjustable cam gears
Adjustable FPR

So in doing this I'm staying OBD-II initially however I have no objections to going OBD-I as long as I can swap back for that pesky emissions testing we do here in NJ. So with that list what makes the most sense from a cost perspective to in the hp/dollar ratio?

Go with Crome/Uberdata on a P28. Switch in your original ECU if you need to get smogged. Check out the N/A library under Engine Management.

Nice thanks again, would you think my setup listed would pass smog with the OEM OBD-II ECU asuming there are no problems with the car?

i say go with hondata. an s200 is more than you need, really. crome works good too.

hondata is of course only obdI compatible.

i'd also suggest investing in a better header/exhaust.

Nope, you can swap some key parts to be OBD-II compliant.

Also if I went to an EM I would swap to OBD-I and a standalone and then swap the OEM ECU back for smog checks.
