I did some further research, and you're 100% correct. I'm sure the actual material is a bit different, but the procedures are probably the same, sans the lapping paste for the Hondas. Good stuff to know.

After reading the threads on H-T.com about some of the QA issues, it makes we wonder about Mahle H22 pistons....eh.
