I have a 98 Prelude, base model. stock motor, about 130k on it. this knock started one day, as soon as i heard it i parked it. i just recently took the oil pan off thinking it was the rod bearings, but there fine, what would it be? loose wrist pin? what else would make this noise? its very faint at idle, gets more intense with rpm. it was switched to manual tensioner about 5k miles before this so i know its not the infamous auto tensioner. any ideas would be great! im tryin to get this thing fixed asap.
