JUN Head.

Hi I'm from Moscow Russia so I'm sorry for my english
I'll try to build JUN head to put it on my BB6 H22A so i need any advices to do my best.
I allready have:
Euro R head (P13)
Euro R intake with throttle body
Euro R injectors with Euro R fuel rail
Jun valve guides
Jun valve springs and retainers
OEM new intake and exhaust valeves
Jun camshafts on the way)))
What kind of problems connected with this project???if anybody done this work please help me to build my own JUN head,cause I really whant to try it on my Lude.

But honestly, that's a lot of parts / money put into something without doing some research beforehand.

Replacing valve guides must be done by an experienced machine shop. This is not something you can do yourself.

Allready done this)))I'll buy valve guides from JUN.
My friend works in MadiMotor -Wich is the most experienced mashine shop based on research institute.
Tommorow I bought ARP head studs.I think I really need it.

If you have access to a shop, then everything is possible. There is no magic to building a head; it is very straightforward. Just buy the parts and install. Installing retainers is a bit of a pain, but with patience you can finish.

Retainers aren't too bad if you have a good spring compressor and strong hands. Good luck!
