J&K Reman Engines?? Anyone ever heard of them?

So I was browsing this weekend for prelude stuff (as I always do when I am bored), and came across this on good ole' ebay:

97 98 99 00 01 Prelude 2.2 DOHC H22A4 VTEC Reman Engine - eBay (item 290560218868 end time Apr-27-11 14:31:28 PDT)

The warranty caught my eye for the price, so I emailed the guy and tried to find some more info on the company, but haven't found any website, and the only info he has given me was assuring me that they have been around locally in TN for a long time but are new to internet sales. The basically take low mileage motors, reman them, then sell them. He says they specialize in LS and Viper motors. Just wanted to see if anyone has heard of them. Not a bad price if they know what they are doing, and for a nice long warranty.

The link looks like an LED cluster mod.
