installing aem pulleys on 98 base

Do I need a special tool to take out the pulley's from the power steering and the alternator?

are the ps pulley supossed to go in easely or I have tu do some pressure with something?

Once unbolted the pulley just slides off.

I attached mine with JB Weld. Just make sure it's completely cured before you start the car.

I finally installed everything back but the car is dead. no electricity at all.

it was a fuse that blew up. I replaced it and its running, now i have to see why when its warm it doesnt go over 6500 rpm. there is no CEL so i dont know what can be.
what is the cpu that he is supposed to have? is a 98 base model.
