Does anyone know the dif in whp and hp at the flywheel in numbers or %

Depends on how efficient the transmission and drive line is. Just as a ball park, a 97 prelude is rated at what.. 192hp or so, but will dyno in the 165hp range iirc. So around a 15% loss in power from the engine to the wheels
