Just got a 96 honda civic that has a h22a jdm motor. It was running perfect when I got it, but then the check ingine light came on. It will not let me get to over 4rpms. I did the paper clip trick on the wire for the obd1 and it is reading code 4 which means the crank postition sensor is bad. It said ont the web that it is located in the distributer. Can anyone tell me where in the distributer it is. I tried ordering one but they told me it goes by the crank pully but I didn't see any wires coming out of that area. Can someone PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!

You need to reference the Helms manual. You shouldn't be doing this stuff unless you have the manual.
