no, you could even get a full exhaust and it won't give you that much of an increase.

you technically won't feel it, most of it will be in your head. on paper you will gain on the high end but gain is negliable.

you are only as fast as your weakest link and since you are all stock, changing one thing isn't going to help.

I ran the GReddy header on stock exhaust for a while. I did notice a little bit of an improvement in from 5k rpm and up over the stock header. But petern101 is correct, in that you still have a bottleneck after the header that is hurting power.

i know this is an old post i just put a set of megan racing headers with stock cat back.. the main difference i can tell is that when i hit the vtec crossover it is louder from about 5500 rpms on... witch i like the fact that vtec crossover is louder.... but i can't tell a power difference.. but petern101 is correct unless you have work done to the head and other internal work then you won't get any "big gains" that you can feel

you can definately feel a difference with a hytech replica header + a full 3" exhaust.

megan is junk.

Yep. I was running a GReddy header w/ 2.5" collector mod, 3" high flow cat, and 3" catback exhaust. My butt dyno, completely untuned registered about 180whp. It was noticeably quicker than stock.
