h23a1 w/ f22b Head?

Hi. I have a 93 prelude Si and i bought it with a burnt valve in cylinder #3. A friend of mine gave me a head to swap it with but the Code on the head says "PT2" and the original head said "P14". Hes said to me that the head is a F22b DOHC Head. Could i swap the head and put the "PT2" without problems?
Also, What head gasket would i need to use? I'm not trying to sup the car up! i just want it to run.
All I was given was the Head, He said i could transfer the cams rockers and valve cover from the "p14" Head.

Is all this true?

Keep in mind I've never done this swap.

HOWEVER:

Your intake and exhaust manifolds would probably not bolt up. Probably have distributor issues as well.

I know guys that used to give out H23 heads for free. Not much demand for them. I would imagine that you could find one for cheap (> $50).
