h22a4 rebuilding help

So i got recently got a 1999 Prelude type SH, i bought it off a dealer in a town over and it has a couple of mods in it. I noticed a greddy exhaust and a injen cold air intake, that's about it. im very naturally aspirated because i don't believe in cheap horsepower (i.e. turbo, nitrous, things of that nature, no offense to the people who have it ). the car is a daily and i would like to keep it that way, however, i do want some notable gains. The car also has about 128k on it and there's nothing wrong with it. i know the stock type SH has about 200 HP and i would like to increase that to about 30-50 HP. im very new to the whole engine rebuild thing so where should i start first and follow up from there?

Search, this isn't new information.

Also, one of the highest NA whp was 270ish. That was probably more than $8k worth of mods with the dude doing most of his own work at least.

So to get 230-250, expect to pay at least half of that. Most of it is internal work.

New header, intake manifold, TB, pistons, cams, etc. then something like an AEM F/IC or Greddy e-manage Ultimate plus tuning. Also you need to keep in mind that you can only go so much torque/power before the ATTS shuts down. You could ditch the ATTS, then you can go a different route with the ECU. Header, IM and TB would be the easiest to start with.
