h22 N\A build in Moscow,Russia 12.5 CR

Hi guys.
I started to build my NA engine with parts listed bellow.If you can recomend something that can help me with my expirience in build it up i'll appriciate.I want near 260whp if it is possible.It is not every day car!!!

1.Head (Euro R P13)
P&P
Euro R IM
Mugen exhaust header
JUN camshafts
JUN titanium retainers
JUN valve springs
JUN valve guides
Greddy timing belt
JUN cam gears
Euro R fuel rail with Euro R injectors
need parts:
valves???what you can recomend guys???I need flat valves cause I want 12.5:1 CR
head gasket???

2.H22 closed block (now stock) but I want to tune it with this parts.
Also need your opinion.

Carrillo Pro-A Connecting Rods or manley
JE 12.0 pistons (87.0)
Darton Sleeves
OEM main & rod bearings
OEM crank
Kaizen Speed balance eliminator kit
Unorthodox Racing pulley kit
manual timing belt adjuster
ARP head studs
ARP mailn studs
Circuit Worx oil pump gears

If the both lists not full please write what parts I missed.

Maybe consider RDX injectors? Rosko makes a compatible fuel rail for the Euro-R IM. Also flat valves (tiny increase in compression)?

Yeh I know it but it bump CR up a little to.I think about supertech valeves but may be ferrea?

Today talk to Rosco)ordered some parts for my H22)))and get all parts to manual belt tenshioner
