Hey there ppl. I'm currently working on my ALL MOTOR H22 enginer nuild & i have the following setup:
89mm Arias Pistons with 12.2 CR w sleeved block "Iron sleeves"
H22 5.633 eagle rods
H22 stock cranck shaft
Ported polished head stage 2 or 3 "not sure"
Skunk2 pro 2 camshafts
Skunk2 IM
Skunk2 cam gears
DH racing dual springs/retainers kit
DH 0.5 high compression 1mm oversize intake & stock size flat exhaust
DH racing 69mm TB
DH racing special made 89mm bore SLSSCC head gasket
ARP head studs
OBX fuel rail
450 cc DSM injectors
Hondata S300
MFactory 4.64 final gear ring & pinion kit
ACT non sprung hub 4 puck rough engage clutch disc
CAI from UR
Megan headers 4-2-1 with test pipe
53 in godspeed aluminum racing radiator with a couple of slim fans
MSD external blaster coil with MSD cap & wires
I'M STILL WORKING ON GTHE BUILD BUT I HAVE THE FOLLOWING PROBLEM:
After i installed them & rotated the crank, i found the flat part of the piston is actually lower than the deck with 2.5 mm . i know this kills my compression from over 13:1 to below 10 or even 9.5. i was thinking to either :a) take 2 mm off the block "milling" or b) find 2mm longer rods or c) buy another set of pistons.
P.S: i bought h=the pistons from ebay from a *** who had them made special for him. I'm attaching photos for every thing.
What do you guys think
