H22 block question

I have a honda prelude SH with an H22 engine that has ATTS...the #4 cylinder sleeve has a 1/4" crack at the very top of the sleeve. I found out after some research that a normal H22 block will not work with the ATTS crap in the car(will not bolt up to the back of the block). And it is almost impossible to find an H22 block that will accept the ATTS unit locally.

My question is...

I have access to a standard H22 that is in great condition. If I took both blocks to a machine shop would they be able to remove the the good sleeve from the standard H22 block and put it into my Sh block? This car is going to be kept stock and used as a daily driver.

Any info is appreciated...
