H22A4 250hp?

im planning on going n/a soon and i wanted to see if u could give some input on what else i need to get. or what do you think of my set up

Head:
Skunk2 Pro Series 1 Cams
Skunk2 Cam gears
Skunk2 b-series valvesprings, tit. retainers
Skunk2 Pro Series high comp. valves
Head gasket (recommendations?, oem?)
ARP Head Studs
ARP Main Studs

Block:
BB6 Type-S .25mm OS pistons
Eagle Rods
Toga HP Series Main Bearings

Block is going to be sent to GE to bore and hone and balance

Hondata S300
Wideband O2 brand?

Does Cooling system need to be upgraded?
Do i need to upgrade ignition system?
Bigger injectors? Brand and size?
upgrade fuel rail?
Do i need to upgrade oil pump? Oil Pan?

What would i be running HP wise? just to get an idea.
