a few valve questions

so, other day i bent a valve, cylinder one doesn't fire at all now, so i figured since it's getting ripped apart I might as well beef up the head. I was looking at getting skunk2 valves valve springs and retainers, but i have a few questions, is here any danger in runniong skunk2's high compression valves if the block is stock? danger as in more dangerous than their normal compression valves? any real benifits? also, any other suggestions of thigns to do while the head is apart? thanks.

oh and just a few details, it's my daily driver, I plan on spraying a 50-75 shot very very rarely.

If you plan on running turbo than get the stock/standard compression.

If you plan on going n/a then get the higher compression. Personally Id just get the standard. There alot stronger than stock and they can handle putting 20lbs of boost in the car. If you plan on boosting at all than youll need to build and sleeve the bottom end.
