f22a turbo or h22 swap?

alright i am new to this forum, i have a 1992 base model prelude with an f22a. i bought this car knowing i would be working on it, seeing as it has 205000 miles on its engine. so my possibly dumb question is if i was to properly rebuild my engine with so many miles, would i be able to safely run a turbo? or would a h22 swap, then turbo later on, be a better use of my money? i am not trying to build a super high hp car, probably just around 250-300

F22 engine with a DSM exhaust manifold with a 14g or 16g turbo, DSM injectors and some fuel management/tuning.

The only reason I would use nitrous would be to get a monster turbo to spool imediately eliminating lag.

I have ran nitous before and have used a bottle in a night. After tat all you have is a slower car.

My last turbo car had 300hp with 389# of torque and still ran great after 30,000 miles. It only ran out of boost at 23psi but always was fast since it always made 23# of boost...
