Blacktrax can provide a kit to adapt a US fuel rail and IACV.

KrazyKarl: What throttlebody are you using with your Euro-R? Has your idle been affected?

Really depends on what mods you have. Your engine may not see any real gains. You also need a TB that matches the manifold, so here are some things people have done with that manifold euro-r TB, S2000 TB, bored TB.

I've got a BDL 70mm throttle body. Its the prettiest throttle body I've yet seen! It makes sKunk2 look SH1TTY! No idle issues because the IACV is still on the manifold. I port matched the TB to the manifold so throttle response is as smooth as a babys @$$. That could also be due to the Hondata s300 OBD1. Port matching is important and you can only get 70mm before you bore into the wall of the IACV port.

have Shawn hook you up

Actually, the S2K TB bolts right up to the Euro-R, something that doesn't get nearly enough attention. You can get S2K TBs for very reasonable prices, because there is always someone on s2ki.com looking to upgrade theirs.
