Dyno after the motor rebuild

Dyno'd the car after the motor rebuild. The dyno I went to was Church's Dynapack. It measures hp and other things from the wheel hub, and it usually reads a litter higher than Dynojet. Anyway, my mods after the rebuild are:

- TypeS OS pistons
- TypeS camshafts
- new forged rods
- removed balance shafts
- new exhaust valves (these were from the 1st rebuild)
- ported cylinder head
- milled cylinder head a little
- ported TB
- port matched IM to TB
- JUN lightweight flywheel
- balanced fuel injectors

Things that were on the car before the rebuild:
- Mugen header
- AEM CAI
- Tanabe G-Power Medallion exhaust (removed bottle neck)
- Carsound hi-flow cat

Dyno'd at 209.1 whp and 161.8 ft-lbs of torque (the blue lines).

In this dyno graph, I also put in the dyno from my TSX with the Hondata reflash (the red lines).

I would think that I may be able to get more power from something like a Hondata s200 (with the OBDII to OBDI coversion) so the motor can be tuned. But I won't go that route until later when I'm ready to convert the car to a track car.

The pic isn't working for me but it sounds nice.
This is all with a stock ECU too right? Not even a V-AFC?

Oops...I accidentally deleted the pic from my site. It's now back up.

Yeah, this is all with the stock ECU. No VAFC yet. I don't know if I want to go with Hondata or the E-Manage from Greddy. Here are some of the things that concern me.

Hondata:
Pros:
- potential of changing FD
- Church has lots of experience on tuning Hondata
- lose approx. 80 lbs from the ATTS

Cons:
- ATTS will not work
- has to get another ECU
- has to get LSD, leading to base tranny, intermediate shaft, and custom fab bracket for intermediate shaft

Greddy E-Manage:
Pros:
- ATTS will work (haven't confirmed this yet)
- no need to get another ECU
- no need to get LSD, base tranny, and stuffs

Cons:
- cannot change FD
- stuck with the 80 lbs or so from the ATTS
- not sure if Church has worked with E-Manage before

Emanage is good if you want to keep ATTS.

I don't know how much my friend milled the head. He said very minimal just to make sure that the mating surface is flat.

The TB was done at RC Engineering. The match-porting was done at a shop across the street from RC Engineering.

RC, the fuel injector guys? Is this one of their normal services and how much does it cost?

Yes, the fuel injector guys. They have the service to bore out the TBs. They just won't match-port the IM for you. I don't know the exact price because it was bundled in the rebuild.

Spoke with RC and the want $220 to bore out the stock tb. I'm sure they do a good job, but this is not much different from buying a new 70 mm unit.
