Couple Questions

Ok, not new to the honda world but just picked up a 97 SH. I had the HKS hi power on my type S but they don't make this for the lude..If i picked up a tip, and found somewhere to mandrel bend a 3" pipe for me would that be about the same? WHat kind of cat should i get, and should i get a resonator?

planning on the exhaust, intake, headers and maybe cams? lightened flywheel and stage 1 clutch. then saving up for turbo. pretty sure i could run stock internals up to like 8 psi? i'll probably try and swap a couple of the internals just in case. oh yea and when i pick up the cams probably be getting a bigger TB (matching intake mani too i guess) and then running a chipped p28?

is there anything i should watch out for with the h22a? these mods are pretty basic...are there any others that i should consider doing that will give me some gains before turboing and won't be "pointless" once i slap the turbo on?

but the first obstacle is figuring out that exhaust, i have a shop that did my last exhaust for like 80$ for all piping...but its not mandrel bent...is there really that big of a difference?

Thanks in advance guys!

P.S. i did search..but didn't find anything "specific" to my questions. thanks!

N/A cams are never a good thing on a turbo setup, other than that everything else you will benefit from. You can't just throw some internals in, you would have to rebuild your motor, but the stock H should be fine on 8psi properly tuned, for a while anyways. Also lightweight flywheels + turbo promote major traction issues.

Edit: Just noticed that you have an SH, I don't believe the ATTS likes turbo power too much, nor can you run a p28, only a piggyback.

Why one earth would you want a 3" exhaust on a mild turbo build? It would only be necessary if you were doing 9-10+ PSI. Stick with a 2.5" if you plan on doing 8psi.
