Changing cam settings...damage??

I have Skunk2 Cam gears, I have them adjusted slightly. Can this hurt your engine? I feel like it wont, but also I feel that you are changing the timing in the camshafts?? Someone explain this to me, or let me know if this can.

After adjusting mine, the car became much louder and faster. I have all the basic bolt ons available also.

Yes you can. What cams are you running? Stock? I don't recall how far off you can make the gears before damage, but you definitely can damage the valvetrain if it is too far off. What engine is this, H22?
