Cat is out need opinion!!!

Just found out my cat. is out and race day is sunday cant wait for shipping on a new converter. Should I just put a test pipe on until monday and go ahead and get 2 and a half from the test pipe back or should I just say **** it and not go to the races on sunday?

O I dont know what the hell to do just help me please...

1. You can always overnight. If you can't afford that, I'm sorry.

2. Do you have a test pipe to put on? If so, then I guess that's a temp fix. If you have to buy one, the cost of overnight shipping would pay for install of one.

3. It's up to you if you want to go to the "races" on sunday with a bad cat or test pipe or new cat.

My muffler guy said he would make me a 2 1/2 inch test pipe. I have never missed a import face off when in came anywhere close to oklahoma. So im just going to do that.

Im kinda retarted right now thats not going to make the car run worse will it?

So you are going to pay him to weld in a test pipe (hopefully with bung for both o2 sensors) when he probably has a cat in stock to just install???

Hopefully you will eventually get a cat and then realize you could have probably just got one in the first place.

test pipe will probably yield you faster times, a cat is like a plug in your exhaust. Just don't run a test pipe all the time, you'll emit more crap that a hummer... well not really, but you get the picture

Yea I just said screw it for now but I am getting 2 and a quarter inch exhuast and a skunk2 muffler spent way to much on the muffler well the shipping really but for the pipe and him to install the muffler is 95 but the muffler is 149 and I got same day shipping that was 112..
