This is a good question, and I'm sorry to say I don't know the answer. I would also like to know if the Euro-R cams are the same as the Type-S.

14111-P5P-J00 IN
14121-P5P-J00 EX
Are the part numbers for the Type S. ATR shows the same part numbers. I get:
14111-PCB-000
14121-P5P-J00
for the Euro-R though. Maybe just an error in the EPC? Otherwise same exhaust, different intake.

Also the possibility that they are different despite the part number. For instance, the service manual shows differences between ATTS cams and others, but it is the same part number.
