Cam question...

A couple weeks ago my water pump failed and resulted in a set of bent valves (brand new supertech high comp) and nicked pistons.
I'm taking the opportunity to rebuild and tune some more.
My tuner brought up a good point about my cams today, he said that since I live in colorado (high altitude=low oxygen) my compression ratio is decreased by about a full point (12ish:1 goes down to around 11:1)
He said that maybe I should ditch my S2 pro 2's and go with pro 1 or tuner series.

So, what can i do to increase compression without sleeving or what is the better cam for a compression ratio in the 11-12:1 range?

Anyone want dibs on my pro 2's lol

By the way, I dont want to mill anymore of the head or use a thinner gasket.
I already have the high compression valves obviously and type s pistons.
They also told me the dont want to bore it. Can you really not even do like .25mm overbore?
