cam and injector choice help

so im doing a h23vtec build for my 6th gen accord.. its gonna be driven almost daily after swap goes in and alot of track days will be had on the car as well. i need help with some camshafts and injectors for a good reliable street build that can go to the track and hang with some one the best of em. heres what i have for the build.

-h22 head ported and polished
-brand new oem valve train. (valves, springs, retainers)
-ported ob2 oem intake manifold (cant run skunk2; wont clear firewall so i had to return it)(but one day ill upgrade to itbs)
-AEM cai
-speedfactory high flow fuel rail
-as of right now oem injectors <<want to upgrade but dont want to over do it
-NGK platinum spark plugs
-dc sports 4-2-1 header
-dna adjustable cam gears
-arp head studs
-cosmetic head gasket
-p13 camshafts << want to upgrade but i dont know to what because i heard you cant run anything past stage2s with that high of C/R

-h23 block hot tanked
-cylinders bored to 89mm
-weisco 11.5:1 pistons
-type s rods <<need to upgrade.. just a matter of time and money
-darton sleeves
-oem crankshaft
-lightened crank pulley

-h23 tranny with lsd and f23 transmisson 5th gear swapped into it
-fidanza 8.5lb flywheel
-ACT stage 4 clutch
-fidanza 300+hp rated axles

-p28 ecu (soon to chip once more money is made)
-ob2 to ob1 jumper harness
-BeeR rev limiter

so yeah thats almost everything im pretty sure as of right now. it all sits in the corner on my living room staring me in the face everyday; making my balls tingle everytime i think about to possible power to come. but anyways i need help with a good choice for camshafts. like i said when doing research i came across a thread saying running anything more than stage 2 cams wont work out well with a high compression rate, and that itll none the less hurt any gains. i also know that when you upgrade cams you should upgrade your vlave train.. but i bought the head with brand new valves and springs and retainers with zero miles on them. so i was going to run them until they crap out on me. that way itll give me a little more time to gather more money to dump into this money pit. but as far as the cams go i was thinking about running some skunk2 pro2 series or maybe cough up a little more money for some JUN stage 2 cams. but i just found a guy on here selling some stage 3 crower cams.. and i wouldnt mind having some more aggressive.. because thats what i really looking to get out of this build.. an aggressive daily driven beast! so let me know your thoughts.
also i need to upgrade injectors.. was going to go with some 360cc injectors but my buddy told me to go higher.. im just not sure how high to dgo because but i dont want to fluid my motor with excessive gas nor do i want something that runs super rich all the time.. so help me out here too please..

thanks guys

If you want aftermarket camshafts, you should be upgrading the valve springs and retainers and not use the brand new oem valvetrain you have. I would recommend the Skunk2 Pro-2 camshafts and some 440cc injectors. 360cc might work, but you'll be running a very high duty cycle, which isn't good.
