Bottom End & Ecu ???

Hilo new to the form, I have a 97 SH (stock). Im doing a full S2P2 head job. I wanted to know what would be the best combo would be for the bottom end, and for tuning ??? Im not looking for Hp, but i want the best combo for daily driving. Any help would be appreciated!!!

plus its an SH (which i always forgot they're different)

want to lose SH abilities? you're doing it right now (unless you are buying $$$ ecu's)

i dont mind spending extra cash, it's all apart of the experience.
