Bigger Injectors needed for H23 running Stage 2 cams??

Bigger Injectors needed for H23 running Stage 2 cams??

Question that was brought up to me today.. Do you think I would need Bigger injectors since i'm running crower stage 2 cams on my h23? i have hondata s200 w/p28 ECU just in case u needed to know.

I guess the question is if it raises the compression of the engine higher than i might need bigger injectors.

I dont think so, if anything you could just use hondata to up the fuel pressure. Maybe later on with more mods then you have now you would need to. But as of now i doubt it. Hope i helped somewhat.

JFYI, cams dont raise compression

I think you would be fine since you have good engine managment. I'm not sure if a FPR would help in your situation or not. Dont know much about the standalone units.

I really excited to see your dyno once they're in.

Also noting that a Hondata can't up fuel pressure. It can widen the pulses to deliver more fuel (longer), but it can't do anything with pressure.

No, you won't need bigger injectors. You could probably safely bump compression or add as much as 5 or 6 pounds of boost or a 40 shot of NOS w/o going larger on them.

you would increase compression with pistons...like I mentioned to you before.
