advance timimng ?????

i have stock H22A1 and with i/h/e/pulley/skunk cams gear and vafc. how much can i advance intake and retard cams before valve and piston hit? and skunk cams is it ONE MARK MEAN 1 DEGREE OR 2 DEGREE? THANK YOU

like intake 4 degree , ex 2 degree that would work right.
